XDEEP NX Standard Backplate + DIR Harness - Aluminium

XDEEP's NX standard backplate with the continuous one-piece DIR harness — the configuration most technical divers end up at, sold as a set rather than as parts you assemble yourself.

The plate is redesigned around where the load actually sits. A wider upper section spreads weight across the back instead of concentrating it, and the lower plate is shaped to hold weight pockets and accessories where you put them. The result is less lumbar strain on long dives under a twinset or with stages hanging off you.

The crotch strap is V-shaped rather than a single band, which spreads pressure instead of focusing it on one line — a difference you feel most walking to the water in full kit, and again on a long deco hang.

• Backplate: anodised aluminium — the light choice for travel and warm water
• Harness: single continuous piece of stiff polyamide webbing, no joins to fail
• Webbing: polyamide, stronger than standard nylon and unaffected by salt water
• D-rings: 6 mm stainless wire, welded and polished, shaped to resist deforming under stage cylinders
• Crotch strap: V-shaped
